We had a very complicated list of requirements for a piece of land in Leelanau County. Peter Fisher spend a lot of hard work and time helping us for over a year to find the perfect site. He helped us with delicate negotiations, authorizations, and public hearings over a 9 month process. I cannot imagine anyone else that I would trust with something as important. We worked with Peter for several years, looking for just the right second home in a very small area of northern Michigan, while living 250 miles away... He was always willing to meet our schedule to show us homes when we travelled up north, and patiently walked us through countless houses. The offerings within the area we were considering were few and far between, and often sold before we could even make it up to see them, so the search was a long one. Peter challenged us just enough, suggesting places that we may not have considered, and we ultimately found the PERFECT house in the PERFECT location (everything we wanted and within our price range)....

We couldn't have had a better first home purchasing experience with anyone else - Peter Fisher was professional, more than competent, endlessly patient with our indecision, and prompt in his responsiveness. His knowledge of houses and this area were immensely helpful as we navigated choosing both an area and a specific house, and he always tailored his answers to what he knew our preferences or dealbreakers would be.
